I reckon Nolan will lead the team out tomorrow.

Walrus wants to give Sullivan the finger after this week's events.

After all his earlier bullshit, he's taking the piss now.

Re: Team for QPR
His 4th injury this season, I'd call that an issue, the other 3 were reported hamstring/calf injuries as well and apparently we don't need a Fabian Schaar

Re: Team for QPR
Didn't we get the best from Cole when we were playing the diamond with Zola?

Adrian
Jenkinson Collins Reid Cresswell
Song
Noble Kouyate
Downing
Cole Valencia

Re: Team for QPR
No point playing Downing unless in a central position. Also no point playing Cole unless with a strike partner so the best team and formation is obvious.

_____ADRIAN

JENKINSON REID COLLINS CRESSWELL

______NOBLE KOUYATE SONG

____________DOWNING

___________COLE VALENCIA

Pretty obvious that there's no other decent option.

It's called being a supporter, that's what supporters do, support their team in the good time & the bad times.

Re: Team for QPR
i wonder what teddy sheringham thinks as our attacking coach when he sees the teamsheet with cole up front and valencia left midfield?
not heard much from/about teddy recently - another early season initiative that allardyce has roundly squashed with his fat dudley backside

Re: Team for QPR
He will play Cole as the central striker and Valencia out wide. He will play Nolan at some point.

Same team that started against City.

I think BFS is a little bit dense or as suggested just "bloody minded". He is one dimensional. He knows, from being a defender, and studying stats, how to get lesser teams to stay in the top flight and how to defend or at least organise a defence to be hard to break down, win teh aerial duels etc.

He struggles with the attacking side of the game. He got some success by studying stats and playing the percentages via what he calls "2nd phase play" where a target man will get to a cross of direct ball and players will keep the ball "alive" and capitlise on the knock down.

He learns nothing from watching games these days. Valencia looked a lot more comfortable and dangerous in a central position. But he will push him out wide to accomodate the big lump / target man which is Cole. He did the same with DOwning to accomodate Nolan.

He does not understand our midfield is too slow both the players physically (Noble, Nolan, Song collectively) and in terms of the lack of movement across the team causing us to be very poor at keeping possession. Amalfitano gets the off cameo and never more than one game as a starter in a row.

There are deficiencies in the squad in this respect becuase BFS has his blueprint, his Plan A. That is it.

He always reverts to it asap. It works over a season to more than likely keep you in the league but thats it.

The team tomorrow will be depressingly familiar. The subs will be the wrong ones at the wrong time. Its Plan A,one dimensional.

Re: Team for QPR
This feels like a pre-season friendly, nailed on to lose after QPR's last six home defeats, but the fat cunt of a manager couldn't care less, the players look like they couldn't care less, the only ones who care are the mugs who pay to turn up.

Re: Team for QPR
Nobody to put the ball in net apart from Valencia( playing wide no doubt) and possibly Noble from the spot.
Two or three of the usual wankers on the bench. No sign of Poyet anywhere.Piles of chewed gum for the Rangers cleaning staff to remove from touch line. Used spittoon in TV interview area after walrus gives the usual bullshit after the match. Thousands of disgruntled Hammers fans leaving Shepherds Bush area moaning about the crap substitutions. Cheering Rangers fans chanting "We are staying up, I say we are staying up."

Does that help?
